Vintech provides a 12-month warranty on photographic equipment and a 6-month warranty on video equipment, with quotes within 3 working days.

Every repair carried out at Vintech is covered by a warranty on the work performed.

Quotes
Quotes are provided within 3 working days. Once you have the quote, nothing further happens until you tell us to go ahead.
Turnaround
Most services are provided within 10 working days, however, depending on parts and availability this time frame may vary.
Sensor cleaning is the exception: it requires a 1 hour minimum time, and most sensor cleans will be completed the same day, subject to the same day service conditions.
If you have a deadline, tell us when you drop your equipment in and we will let you know whether it can be met. Contact us with any questions about a job already on the bench.
